Everything you need to know for a seamless stay
Simply complete the 'Stay With Us' enquiry form and we will be in touch to discuss your booking requirements and availability of the property.
Once you are ready to proceed, we will provide:
- A standard rental agreement for you to read over and sign
- Details for payment of your deposit and secuirty bond
- Your booking confirmation
For security and verification purposes, a copy of the primary guest's drivers licence or passport will also be required at the time of booking.
Check in is available from 3:00PM and check-out is by 10:00AM. We do try and accommodate for early check-ins and late check-outs where possible, please do mention your request to us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accomodate
We understand that pets are a part of the family. We may be able to accomodate pets upon request, so please contact us so we can discuss further
Yes, both properties offer on-site parking for you during their stay
The pool at Pethick House is heated from 1 October to 30 April. The pool at Sand Road Estate is not heated however both pools are professionally serviced and maintained throughout the year for you to use
Yes complimentary Wi-Fi is available at both properties for the duration of your stay
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
A security bond is also required prior to check-in. Full details of bond amount and payment process will be provided during the booking process.
Please choose your dates carefully as bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, refunds are not available for cancellations or change of dates
